The Hudson Memorial Bridges are two bridges that span one of the widest points along the Tennessee River and serve as a major artery into north Morgan County
and Decatur. More than 45,000 cars cross the bridges each day.
Decatur’s United Launch Alliance (ULA) assembly facility – which employs more than 800 – provides the federal government with the Delta IV launch system, which
will serve as NASA's new rocket for deep space exploration, as well as capable of deploying diverse payloads for commercial, research and military requirements.
With ease of access, Morgan Center Business Park serves as a prime industrial development in north Alabama, featuring full utility and infrastructure, highway and
interstate access, and 135 acres available for light manufacturing, office and logistics facilities in a campus-like setting.
Morgan County features three award-winning and regionally recognized school systems, providing an environment rich with opportunities to challenge, empower
encourage growth in the area’s greatest resource: our children.
With two leading-edge medical facilities in Morgan County, and a growing partnership with Huntsville Hospital – the sixth largest publicly owned hospital system in the

The Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau of North Alabama have partnered to make area businesses aware of a phone scam making the rounds in north Alabama, where callers claim to be from the "American Chamber of Commerce," an organization that does not exist.
