Each year, the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce partners with the Morgan County Commission on a variety of initiatives, including the annual State of the County Address.

The Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce and the Better Business Bureau of North  Alabama have partnered to make area businesses aware of a phone scam making the rounds in north Alabama, where callers claim to be from the "American Chamber of Commerce," an  organization that does not exist.

The annual Washington, D.C., public policy trip for members of the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce is set for April 17-19, where community and business leaders are scheduled to meet with federal officials whose decisions impact the state of business in Alabama and Morgan County in the defense, technology and transportation sectors.
